Installation & Fit 
 
The compact CV1500 is designed for flexible installation in RVs and boats. Its small footprint allows the power unit to be mounted in locations as small as 10" x 20" such as a storage compartment, cabinet, closet or beneath a seat, keeping the system out of the way while remaining accessible for filter bag changes and service. 
 
Before installation, consider:  

  • Available mounting space and service access 
  • Location of the vacuum inlet or retractable hose system 
  • Electrical requirements Hose routing and tubing configuration 
  • Accessibility for replacing the HEPA filter bag 

Using the mounting brackets already attached to either side of the power unit, the CV1500 can be top or bottom mounted, and installed horizontally or vertically. The power unit and inlet valve can also be installed up to five feet apart using an optional Flex Connector Kit.
